Yes. Every lot is matched to a third-party Certificate of Analysis covering identity and purity. The COA Library is searchable by product name or lot number, and every certificate can be downloaded before or after purchase.

No. We do not provide preparation, measurement, handling, or application instructions, and we cannot answer questions about use in or on humans or animals. For specifications, see the product page and its Certificate of Analysis; for handling, consult the applicable safety data sheet and your institution's procedures.

We accept Zelle and Venmo. Select your preferred method at checkout, then follow the payment instructions provided. Include your order number in the payment note so we can match it to your order. Once we confirm receipt, we’ll email your payment confirmation and prepare your order for shipment. No separate email or payment screenshot is required.

Shipping options, timing, and regions are described in our Shipping Policy. Orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with carrier tracking, which becomes available from your account and the Track page once a label is created.
